About Rodney
Rodney Q. Harris has been building and selling homes in the Wilmington area since 1992. He moved to the area while working in the Golf Industry. After completing the construction of two championship course designed by Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus at Landfall Club, Mr. Harris joined his uncle in the construction industry where together they build over 800 homes. With his construction and new home sales background, Mr. Harris is able to help all clients properly review the properties they consider. He believes his background is valuable to his clients regardless of whether they are first time home buyers, investors or buying their last property for retirement. His development background and time on the New Hanover County Planning Board gives him the ability to provide a different perspective of the region.
