Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage\'s first advertisement was as Wilmington Sea Coast Properties in the 66th issue of The Cape Fear Real Estate Directory in 1991. In 1993, Issue# 87 we had the honor to run an ad that announced Wilmington Sea Coast Properties had changed to Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty. (You can see both ads above!)

When they first ran in 1991 they had one office in Wrightsville Beach. Since then the company has grown to being staffed by more than 450 real estate agents in 12 offices in Wilmington, Leland, Jacksonville, Carolina Beach, Topsail Island, Hampstead, Southport, Sneads Ferry, South Brunswick, Oak Island and Holden Beach.
