Alexander Koonce

As a full time Real Estate Professional, Alexander is committed to assisting his clients in making the best choices through providing valuable insight and knowledge into the area’s real estate markets and their trends, as well as the best financial opportunities. He respects the trust his clients place in him to help them meet all their needs in marketing and purchasing properties.

Alexander is a Wilmington native with a family background in residential and commercial real estate development and sales. He is a consistent multi-million dollar producer who is a member of both the residential and commercial division of the Regional Board of Realtors. As well as being a broker, he is an Accredited Buyer Representative, Advanced Certified New Home Sales Professional. He has completed the four classes of the Institute of Residential Marketing, and will soon complete the final courses for both the North Carolina Realtor institute and council of Residential Specialist to earn his GRI and CRS designations, two of the highest designations for real estate professionals.
